Responsible declaration of those attending events

The Princess of Asturias Foundation will provide information on all the measures adopted for the prevention of COVID-19.

Confirmation of attendance at the 2021 Awards Week cultural events entails assuming that, due to the current circumstances resulting from the health crisis, the activities are not without a certain risk. Said confirmation likewise presupposes that attendees:

EXPRESSLY DECLARE THEIR RESPONSIBLE COMMITMENT TO:
  • Act in accordance with the health regulations in force at the time of the events and the protocols of action established by both the pertinent health agencies and the Princess of Asturias Foundation in order to control the transmission of COVID-19.
  • Follow all the instructions and guidelines listed here and those provided at all times by the organization’s staff during the events, especially at entrances and exits, thereby ensuring the correct functioning of the protocols of prevention implemented to this end.
  • Not attend if they suffer from symptoms compatible with COVID-19 or if the isolation or quarantine period established by the health authorities has not ended.
  • Attend the event provided with a mask and use it correctly at all times, covering mouth, nose and chin, this measure being mandatory in closed spaces or when the interpersonal safety distance is less than 1.5m.
  • Maintain a safe distance at all times and avoid any unnecessary contact with the rest of the public present.
  • Stay in their assigned seats and comply with personal prevention and hygiene measures.
  • Maximize and rigorously maintain the protection measures indicated by their reference healthcare professional if they have health conditions that make them especially vulnerable to COVID-19.
  • Not give their ticket to another person and arrive well in advance in order to ensure a safe entry.
  • In the case of minors, the accompanying parents/guardians will be responsible for them and be aware of the risks and peculiarities the activities entail.
