Mariano Jabonero, Secretary-General of the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI), 2024 Princess of Asturias Award for International Cooperation, will give a talk titled “Higher Education in Ibero-America: the current situation and perspectives for the future”. He will then hold a colloquium with lecturers and students from the University of Oviedo Teacher Training and Education Faculty.
