1. Details regarding the ownership of the website.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 regarding Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, we hereby inform you that the Princess of Asturias Foundation is the owner of the website whose domain name is www.fpa.es and whose email address is info@fpa.es.

The registered office of the Princess of Asturias Foundation is located in Calle Plácido Arango Arias, 2 – 1 º, 33004 – Oviedo (Asturias), its Tax Identification Number (C.I.F.) being: G-33039348.

The Princess of Asturias Foundation is registered in the Statewide Foundations Register under registry number 40.

The Princess of Asturias Foundation is a non-profit private institution whose essential aims are to contribute to extolling and promoting those scientific, cultural and humanistic values that form part of the universal heritage of humanity and to consolidate the existing links between the Principality of Asturias and the title traditionally held by the heirs to the Crown of Spain.

2. Terms and conditions of use.

Accessing and using this website confer on the visitor the condition of user. This entails that the user accepts the conditions of use in force at all times and undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents of the website and to strictly observe and comply with what is provided in this notice and in the applicable regulations.

Furthermore, the user agrees to:

In compliance with General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, you are informed that certain areas of the website ask users to provide a number of items of personal data to be included in files created and kept by the Princess of Asturias Foundation at the aforementioned address. 5. Technical and organisational measures.

The Princess of Asturias Foundation has adopted technical and organizational measures with suitable levels of security for the data provided in compliance with the provisions of current regulations: General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights. Moreover, all the technical means and measures at its disposal have been installed to prevent unauthorized access to or the loss, misuse or alteration of the data provided to us.

6. Disclaimer.

The Princess of Asturias Foundation is not responsible for any loss, whether direct or indirect, occurring as a result of decisions based on the information available on the website of which it is the owner, given that said website or its contents may be changed, modified and/or erased at any time without the legal requirement of prior notice.

The governing law is that of Spain and the Courts of Law of Oviedo are declared to be the courts of competent jurisdiction to resolve any dispute that might arise from the use of this website and of any contract that might be made through it.
