Registered under number 40 in the Statewide Foundations Register, the Princess of Asturias Foundation follows a number of good practices regarding transparency and good governance in order to guarantee its founding aims, ensure the efficacy and efficiency of the actions it undertakes, optimize its resources and achieve excellence in its management and that of the activities it carries out.

The Foundation is committed to and follow the principles of good practice (as adopted by the EFC in 2014) under the Philanthropy Europe Association (Philea), in addition to other criteria recommended by the Global Reporting Initiative and the Spanish Foundations Association (AEF), of which it is a member.
