The annual accounts of the Princess of Asturias Foundation have been audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores, S.L. According
to their report, the accounts provide a true and fair picture, in all material respects, of the financial situation of the Princess of Asturias
Foundation at 31st December 2015, as well as of the results of its operations and its cash flows for the year ended on said date.
